my name is Mike Flick with anytime animal control. I started anytime animal control in 2001 while living in Oceanside California. My story goes back many years before that, back to 1974 when I bought my first trapping license. And I remember my first animal that I ever caught and sold, it was the first trapping years back then and I caught 40 pound raccoon and sold the for $45 .00. I was nine years old, but there was much to learn even though I thought I was the king of the world! I grew up in central Wisconsin where for trapping is no longer a livelihood, but is still practiced by many. When I have time I still teach youngsters how to track, trap, read sign, hunt, fish, care for the meat, and fur, of the quarry that they pursue. It’s like a rite of passage here in Wisconsin, and I would like to see that tradition carried on.

However in most areas in urban United States, where people have squirrels, bats, raccoons, skunks, and sometimes even mice and rats, the people who live in the home want the animals removed but not harmed. Over the past 11 years through networking, trial and error, and training with other animal control operators, we have continued to develop effective nonlethal methods and techniques to correct and resolve animal issues in people’s homes and on properties.

Sometimes a main concern and need for animal control in Los Angeles begins with the annoying sounds that the animal makes in the walls and attic, and that leads to a call to me.
